Jam is great on toast, but it is also a wonderful condiment, baking ingredient, and has many savory applications.

Spicy cheddar toasted pecan dip

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

2 cups chopped pecans, toasted

2 Tblsp. minced scallions

1 jar(8 oz.) Marilyn’s Jam Session pepper jam

1 Tblsp. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill.

Serve with crackers, corn chips, etc.
